a semi-resolution

well, new years is upon us tomorrow, and in preparation of my impending participation in the a 100 day celebration of beard growing, i have shaved myself smooth.

imagine my surprise and horror when i found not one, but two little chins staring back at me in the mirror!

egad!

i don't really believe in new years resolution, but i shall make a bit of one:

i shall try to spend at least half an hour a day doing something that involves moving around and not sitting in front of a computer, and instead involves...moving. perhaps even getting my heart rate above my standard resting BPM.

plus, i'm most definitely taking karate this semester. soon i'll be a lean, mean, board-chopping machine.

...and then my chins shall thank me.

i finally made some progress on my website re-design today.

by that i mean i spent about three hours drawing owls...
